Our Offerings

You may find our fresh and tasty produce at local Farmer Markets or in stores and restaurants throughout the Carolinas because we sell through Carolina Organic Growers who supplies local businesses with fresh, certified organic produce. We also offer families a weekly subscription of produce through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program . We plan on growing the following market vegetables for the 2001 season:

,Heirloom and Specialty Varieties:  We grow heirloom tomatoes like the Abraham Lincoln, Prudens Purple and Brandywines, radishes like the White Icicle and French Breakfast, summer squashes like the yellow crookneck and patty pans, greens like arugula and broccoli raab (rapini)

,Greens:  spinach, kale, collards, swiss chard, salad mixes, mesclun mixes, mixed varieties of head lettuce

,Roots:  bunching onions, beets, garlic, potatoes, radishes, turnips, carrots

,Squash:  We grow many varieties of both summer and winter squash

,Herbs:  We grow many varieties of annual herbs such as basil, cilantro, fennel and dill

,The Near Future:  We have planted an orchard with many fruit trees and are attempting to venture into strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
