Orange Glazed Pork Chops

  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 center cut pork chops
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Make Glaze combining: oranges, zest, ginger garlic and vinegar.

2. Salt and pepper the pork chops

3. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes on first side - then 3 minutes on second side and remove from heat

4. Put glaze in pan and stir until thickened

5. Return pork chops to skillet for 2 to 3 minutes
