Grilled Broccoli (contributed from CSA Member Kim Thompson)

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/8 cup water

- 1/8 cup toasted sesame oil

- 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Large bunch of broccoli

(1) Shake first five ingredients in a jar to make marinade.  Trim broccoli and separate into bite sized florets.  Toss broccoli with marinade and let it sit about 15 min. 

(2) Grill on a med hot fire in a lightly oiled grill wok or grill rack.  Turn frequently - cook about 5 - 10 min - until grill marked and tender. 

NOTE: You can double or triple the marinade ingredients and keep stored in the fridge for up to 3 months.
